Historical Farm House Trim

The owners of this lovely 300 year old farm house discovered some unwelcome roommates (bees, bats & flying squirrels!) getting through the old trim work and into their attic.  After inspection we discovered the the trim, had rotted over time leaving the home open to the elements.

Since this was a historical house there were 2 concerns.  First, we needed to make sure that we removed any trim with paint safely as there was potential for lead paint and second this was a historical home we had to match the existing trim detail, preserving the charm of this house.
