Above-ground Pool Deck
Before the addition of this deck, the pool was accessed by a simple step ladder. This pressure treated deck (with gate) now offers in/out access to the pool area for added safety. It also offers a convenient area for watching the kids and of course a semi-private area for sun bathing and lounging!
Dining Room Wainscoting, Traditional
What was once a simple dining room is now a classy, defined space. This dining room is the first room to welcome you as you enter through the main entrance of this classic cape. The simple additions of custom applied moldings add depth and warmth to this multipurpose room.
and with a fresh coat of paint (and a puppy!)…
and with furniture!
This classic bungalow style house was in need of a new porch. In 2012, it had the original deck boards (from 1907) that were painted (and painted, and painted) in place. With multiple layers of paint that were chipping and peeling this porch was showing signs of wear and was in need of an update. New 5/4 x 6” pretreated mahogany boards were installed to complement and beautify both the entry and rear entrances of this charming home.
Dining Room Wainscoting, Contemporary
A new coat of paint and the addition of vertical Nantucket Board gives this dining room a contemporary beachy feel. The chair rail not only adds character to this contemporary home it also helps in defining the space. Windows were reconfigured to improve internal and external ascetics. New window placement brightens the room by maximizing sunlight into the space and gives balance to the exterior of this home.
